The Miles Tracker uses GPS to track your journeys and needs power from your car to work, so it’s unlikely to show journeys that never took place.

Go to ‘Timeline’ or ‘My Payments’ in the app, or visit the ‘My Journeys’ section of the web dashboard to find more information about the journey, such as where it travelled to and from, what date and what time of day.

It might also be worth checking with other drivers of your car to see if it’s one of their journeys.
