If you have an accident and your car is un-driveable, we’ll arrange for someone to pick it up from the scene and take it to an approved repairer.

We’ll also arrange for you to get home or provide you with a temporary replacement car to get home (whichever is the quickest option for you). Please note, we can’t currently offer courtesy cars in the case of a total loss or theft of your car.

If the damage to your car is covered by this policy, repairable and you are happy to use one of our approved repairers, you will receive a temporary replacement car until yours is fixed (though this is subject to availability).

Courtesy cars aren’t intended to be an exact replacement of your car. They’re usually small hatchbacks.
